After graduating from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2005, I returned to my alma mater (and to sunshine) to complete my residency training at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital of Stanford University School of Medicine.   I practiced in the Bay Area for 10 years as a general pediatrician before moving down to San Diego.  I am board certified in general pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

My clinical interests include newborn/infant care, preventive care, and behavior and mental health.  In addition to being a general pediatrician, I also serve as a consultant within my group for children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Outside of work, I keep busy with my husband and three children.  We love to hang out at the beach, hike, travel, cheer on the Stanford football team, and have movie nights complete with "snack shacks."   In my (waning) free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, cycling, reading, and keeping my precious sourdough starter alive.
